The RERC-ACT is comprised of four major sections: research, development, training and dissemination. Together, these projects are working to improve the lives of people with cognitive disabilities.

 

Research Projects:

  • The five research projects of the RERC-ACT are committed to learning how assistive technology can improve the lives of those with cognitive disabilities.


Development Projects:

  • The six development projects of the RERC-ACT are working to build new devices or computer programs that will enhance the lives of people with cognitive disabilities.


Training Activities:

  • As stated in Our Mission, the RERC-ACT is not only dedicated to researching and developing new cognitive technologies, but also to training students, AT professionals, and clinicians in the field of assistive technology for cognitive disabilities.
